Monday and Wednesday classes are "Introduction to Ashtanga". We practice an active set of postures cleansing of the body and mind, improving focus and awareness, and promoting skeletal alignment. Sunday afternoon we practice restorative yoga. Classes are open to everyone regardless of level of practice.

Please arrive 15-5 min early with your mat. Until we have a wood floor installed, classes will take place upstairs.

TEACHERS
Jordan Hannah is very passionate about yoga as therapy for everyone. She has been teaching for yoga for 8 years, and her teaching is rooted in a strong personal Ashtanga practice. Jordan is a loving and compassionate teacher that reminds us to work hard, and to play. She teaches to everyone in the class, offering modifications and gentle hands on assistance.
